What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer cash, checks, or PayPal but we can arrange for major credit card payments if necessary.

How long does it take to repair my computer?

Usually we can repair systems within 2 days. If we are really busy it could be as long as 4 days. If your repair requires that we order parts it will depend on where we have to source those parts, but most parts are delivered for us the next day as the warehouse is in Chicago.

Do you share my information with anyone else?

No we never share your information.

How do you protect my information?

We never look at any of the personal information on your hard drive when we work on your systems. If we replace your hard drive you may take the old one with you or have us destroy it for you.
